I am going to exercise again today...... same idea as yesterday and hopefully more coordinated. It will have to be about 7 pm tonight. I am a little achy from yesterday but it's all good .... I am going for it : )
I will have to focus more on my measurement as I continue working out since I know the scale is not the only indicator once I start building muscle. I have to run soon and will catch up with all my fs friends later.

You betcha - the scale is only one way to measure. Sometimes it is nice to measure your mood after a good workout! Always seems to work for me. Cheers

good point Lynn ...... I need to put a mood meter in place too. I did my workout and although I was tired, I loved the after effects.
