With the exercise chart on here was more accurate. Did 45 min. on the treadmill, with a lot of incline, etc. Calories used recorded by the treadmill were a lot more than show up here. Guess it doesn't really matter. Had a great day so far, hope my friends do the same.

Barbara, I learned from Jparlett to just go to the bottom of the list, click other and enter your stuff from there. No reason not to record what you know you are doing. BTW you are doing really well so keep up the great job!
