I am starting this Diabetes diet because my health is poor. My dad and other family members are suffering from diabetes and I am labeled "border line". I am sticking to my carb count and not so much counting calories. The Diabetes diet allows me to eat anything but I must maintain 80-100 grams of carbohydrates a day. I am finding after 4 days my energy level is up and I am less hungry.
