-haven't been making food diary entries but have been tracking food in a separate book. -know I'm not getting enough vegies or cals, not exercising daily. -am sticking with lo-carb high-fat, no sugar; plenty of water. Large unexpected tax bill came so have been forced to squeeze from food budget to pay all monthly bills. -am sticking with diet as much as is possible.
