Last week started off with Valentine's Day. Good news, my wife loves me and bought me a box of chocolate. Bad news is, I ate them. That binge was the beginning of a slippery slop for the week. I’m still an easy target with temptation at hand. Somehow, I need to improve my will power over sweeets.
