Alcohol is my downfall and with the weekend coming up I'm concerned. I think maybe I should cut out alcohol this next 2 months ? hmmmm or I could just stick to vodka, soda and lime. Out for dinner tonight and on Saturday and brunch tomorrow. I will have to make good choices. x

"I could just stick to vodka, soda and lime".I don't think so. Alcohol is still calories no matter how you fix it. How bout just the soda and lime. With fresh ice you could make one last all evening.
Reminds me of a true story. An Alcoholic quit all form of alcohol in an attempt to stop drinking. One night at the bar over the soda he was sipping came the idea that if he added alcohol to milk, that would not constitute drinking alcohol. Tried it and found himself a week later in the gutter, back to his old habit.
Good luck, stick with the winners. Cut out the booze and loose.
