Well here it is 7 days later and i'm still watching everything I have been eating. Getting slightly bored with it, but I do enjoy looking back and seeing how my week went. When I wasn't watching I was eating blindly and alot more. Limits...We must have Limits!! Ate alot for dinner tonight, think im going a little crazy tired. Carb crash train approaching!!
