Friday is the last day of my bulk, so I'm enjoying a high calorie day today. 3500 calories because my protein source for today is ground Lamb. Might as well enjoy it while I can!!
By the way, I probably wont reach my goal of 10 lbs gained by friday, disappointing. I am interested in seeing how I look in the mirror as I pass my original 170 goal after this 12 week Bulk.
I'll be keeping a photo log as usual, starting with a side-by-side of myself at the start of the bulk and at the end.
Perhaps I will post some of them.

Please post the pictures. I love seeing how a person morphs into a completely different physique. 3500 calories is mind boggling. We wonder how we could eat that much and yet, if we had documented the junk we ate back in the day, it would have been that much and perhaps more.
