I'm still a bit afraid to do an actual weigh-in but I can see my body 'de-bloating' and coming back to what I left here with. Bad news is, I got strep throat from that week away (I guess I really did go a bit to hard while I was away). So I skipped my workout today, but it's not like I can eat any solid foods anyway. I think I'll weigh in next week and see where I am then. I really enjoy seeing everyone progress. I've been living vicariously through you all :)
