Drank Waaaaaay too much last night, watching DVD of final season of Queer As Folk with the wife. Then in my cheery state, i devoured a hostess lemon pie. yum.
and i had a .6 gain. will watch more closely today and hope to see a loss in the morning.
oh - i figured out why the curves diet doesn't work for me: i had to cook all the damn time, from scratch. sure it was good for me but how can i keep that up? price wise and time wise? so yeah, i need a grocery outlet diet.
sadly, this thing i am doing is very high in sodium... so it is not perfect. still, i just need to get down some pounds.
