Ack!!! I didn't even think to look at the nutritionals on my supplements. Not good. Not good at all. I take stuff for overall wellness/energy which will be put away for awhile because the daily dose net carbs is 4g and the stuff I take for my joints is also 4g. Maybe I'll have to take one on one day and the other on the next and alternate. Or perhaps look for something a little less net carby. I'm wondering if it's because these two supplements are not in pill form? One is a liquid and the other is a gummy. I have an incredibly difficult time swallowing pills and the ones I used to take for my joints gagged me to the point that I just quit taking them. To ache or not to ache that is the question. One of the reasons I need/want to take 50 pounds off my 5'7.5" (I swear I used to be 5'8" which means you know a 50 lb difference was a-ok) frame is so my joints aren't as stressed but if my knees won't work then I won't work. Dilemmas, dilemmas...
