Back from the cruise, forgot to record my weight before I left--it was 231. Caught some bug the last day of the cruise, so now I'm flat out miserable and trying to get better quick.
Oh, gained 5 lbs back of the 19 lost so far, and as soon (SOON!) as I feel even slightly better, will be pushing to wipe out those 5 and then some. Will write more later when I can hold my head up long enough without grabbing for a kleenex and trying to type at the same time. Nap time, night all for now.
