i have not do the exercises for 4 days..and i am feeling guilty with myself..i don't know what to do.every time when i want to do the exercise, i keep delayed it.but yet still didn't do.please give me the strength to do the exercises..hope i can change my bad habit..

Exercise: Definition = "the activity of exerting your muscles in various ways to keep fit;" So that means that you can incorporate exercise even during your daily activities. Instead of using the elevator, take the stairs. That's exercise. If you park your car at a store, mall, etc, park further out and walk. If you usually drive a few blocks to your destination, try walking it if it's safe to do so. If you use a cart at work to carry several items, perhaps carry them by hand and make multiple trips. On your breaks try walking instead of just sitting down. Or, divide your lunch breaks by eating half & walking half. In other words, you can make an exercise even from your daily routines. Just try to be a little creative. I wish you well buddy!
