First day of Phase 1 Ideal Protein. Scale not working.. guessed @ 149. Goal is to be at 120 by mid May. 9 weeks = 3.33 lbs/week.
Have enough IP products to last about 5 weeks.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
