So I just had the shopping trip from hell. I went to a shopping party at a store called Maurices that will let you shop with 5 or more friends from 6:30-9 all by yourselves. I love this and it was my second time going to one. However, I shared a dressing room with a good friend and of course this dressing room has the big mirror we all like to avoid. It showed every imperfection that I see that I could not enjoy my shopping. So it was a real eye opener for me that I really didn't like what I seen, and to think my husband has to see it everyday with no cover ups. Yikes. I've only gained 7 pounds since we have been married, but being a short person 7 pounds is a lot. I'm not going to change to drastically because that is what I have been doing and ultimately I fail. This time I am going to stick to 400 calories a meal. Eat three times a day and kind of whatever I want but only 400 calories a meal. 1200 calories a day, and 30 minutes some type of excercise 5 times a week. I followed a weight watchers diet 4 years ago and it helped a lot and I ate whatever I wanted but had to stick with points. I find that 1200 calorie counting instead of 24 points makes me feel more fufilled. This time no quitting!!!

That's it girl. It's good to get yourself pumped up but its following through that you need to work on. Consistancy, although I haven't been doing too well lately myself. I think we both need to work on that. I'm hopeing to get back in the flow of things ASAP. Good luck.
