I am going to stop drinking so much coffee because it adds too many calories because I add cream or milk. One cup a day is fine also I need to drink more water which I mix with crystal light and I enjoy very much, my thought for the day * Sometimes, familiarity and comfort need to be challenged.I am not having the best day.
