I am really proud of myself. I've been watching my food for a couple of weeks, taking baby steps as I start making those good healthy changes. This will be a strange confession, but I have an addiction to Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter. Its my weakness. If I could, I'd eat a whole jar for a snack, luckily I've had enough restraint to never have done that. However, I have easily eaten 3/4 a cup or so without blinking. This has made me decide that one food item is not allowed in my house. Least not until I have that habit under control.
Yesterday was a perfect food day. Thats the part that I'm proud of. Oh, and that I lost 2 pounds last week (prior to signing up to this website). Yayeee!
Just taking things one day at time and not stessing. If these are life changes I'm making and not a dirty "diet" than one day at a time seems right.
