5.43 am just weight in myself and I’m really happy. Keeping the same 62.50kg. Why happy? Because normally one week before period or “monstruation” comes I would normally put a lot of kilos, do a lot of liquid retention in body. This week I’m different. ☺️
Definitely were the meals and the running program that I fixed on my routine. Happy, happy, happy.
Just don’t know how to drop. ?!!!!🙄🙄🙄🙄
