This is my late Italian father-in-laws favorite Sunday meal!❤️ We call it Mama’s chicken in the oven! Bone in Chicken with potatoes, onions, and peas a little olive oil, Romano cheese, parsley, and sweet basil. Baked till165 degrees delicious and browned! 😋😋😋
