I HATE it when my weight goes up!!! i feel like a total loser!!!! :-(
All the hard work for nothing!!! seriously need to get back on track. I have to reach my goal in 3-4 months!!! wish me luck!!!

I exercise 45 minutes a day and stopped eating desserts and junk food. Eat healthy foods. I'm sure you can be successful. You came to FS, so you are determined. Good Luck!
