-not surprised, fairly sure it's water weight since last couple of days haven't been drinking enough. -have missed vegie carbs, and haven't exercised for a few days; turned to almond & coconut flours to boost carb count. SO, weight gain not surprising. Weather is turning so will soon be able to start bicycling, which will help a lot.
