Home again. Home to blowing snow, freezing temperatures and a city with over 500 homes with frozen water pipes and no access to water. Burrrr! My diet and exercise have been completely off for the last 24 hours due to my flight home. Tomorrow it's back to work. What was I thinking going back right away. Anyway, after a day of crazy flights, poor sleep, crumby food, and no exercise, I'm ready to resume my plan. Starting Saturday, I'm going to give up "white" for lent...that is salt, white sugar, (and brown), white rice, and white bread for 6 weeks. I'll see how I do. Technically Lent started today, but the challenge starts on Saturday so I'll go with that. Not sure how I'll do, but I'll try. Anyway, I'm going to try to get back to a normal routine.
