Just ate my 700 calorie lunch. It took me ten minutes to eat most of it, then, the granola bar that accounted for 25% of those calories took less than a minute. It actually fit my macros fine, though it was quite a bit of sugar. It's grains and nuts mostly but not refined grains. (Ignores the previous sugar mentioned.) Why is it that we can so easily snaffle down those quick sugary calories but it takes us so long to eat the other? Not fair!!!
