Morning Workout:
2.15 miles on treadmill - 280 calories 12 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, streches.
It was a tough start, but I felt much better afterwards.
Afternoon Workout: 1 mile on elipical Levels 5 - 7 10 minutes - 120 calories) 1 mile on bike Level 5 - 8 5 minutes - 35 calories) 2 sets of 15 reps inner/outer thigh - 90 lbs 2 sets of 15 reps on leg press - 90 lbs 2 sets of squats at 10 each .5 mile power walk.
