I've been going in the wrong direction but this week marks a new correct direction. I'm starting over and staying with Atkins. Carbs (potatos and breads) are okay in small amounts, but very much and I feel tired and get an upset stomach. Also, so many other diets have such a high sugar content and I really feel that is not good for you, even if I do lose weight initially.
I'm jazzed about finding new low carb recipes that are good, easy to prepare and fit into our lifestyle.
