Yesterday I was unlucky food wise. I bought a piece of backed salmon, which turned out to be smoked and salty. I guess therefore my body has accumulated lots of water and is up. Of course I also blame the fact that I haven't been to a gym and had too much of restricted food during the weekend. But I promise to be a good girl soon again. :)
