205 lbs. I am getting busier as we get closer to Spring and have more daylight hours. I am in the process of redoing my daughter's room so I am out and about buying various pieces. In the meantime I am also getting more fresh air and sun exposure and exercise. It's amazing that after I have a good breakfast I can be going for almost 8 hrs without a hint of hunger. It's the beauty of eating meat or fish and being in ketosis...... it really keeps you full for much longer. I am consistently having 2 meals a day because of this. My calories fluctuate between 1100 and just over 1300 daily. My carbs are staying low. I am feeling great. Next week is march break and both kids will be off from school ... not sure what we will be doing but I expect to be busy. I plan to go to the art gallery downtown but that's the only thing nailed down. I hope everyone is having a great day.
