I actually started on Jan 5 at 292... so not bad. I have lost 12 lbs in nearly 3 weeks.... Will measure and. Record again on Wednesday. Spent yesterday w the Grands, Chuckecheese,swimming,wild fun time! Resting and hoping the Bears can pull it out (not looking so good)busy work week coming up, need to get up and do some domestic stuff!
280.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
