Yesterday I decided to have a thanksgiving dinner with friends. I think we should have thanksgiving dinner like 4x a year. I knew I would be eating a lot of things high in calories so I decided to just that meal yesterday and nothing else. We had friends over and roasted marshmellows and made smores, I did allow myself to have one smore. It was not as many calories as I thought it would be, my friend said, Well then lets go have another, but I said no way, lol. So even though it was a lot of calories for one meal it was all I had yesterday and so I am not upset about it. My husband and I watched a movie last night in our movie room and I was proud of myself that I did not snack.

This week my goals are, to be under 200lbs (for the first time in 8yrs!!) and to exercise intensely at least 2x this week, but to do weights and crunches every day this week.
