@nurlaili, itu proteina direndem dulu sesuai aturan yg di pack nya, trus aku rebus bareng jamur 1-3 menit biar empukk, tambahin pakcoy buat sebentar aja direbusnya, trus kalo udh, di teken teken dikit pake saringan biar airnya keluar, baru deh tambah spaghetti sauce yg delmonteee ahahhaa
