It was about 780-ish but, I ate a light, high protein lunch today so it works it works with my macros. Plus I’m doing colonoscopy prep tomorrow for my endoscopy, biopsy, and colonoscopy on Thursday morning so, my calories are going to be super low for the next couple days. I will be living on bone broth and cranberry juice lol

@LambiePi ~ According to my Dr, clear liquid prep diet is black coffee, tea, broth, soda, certain juices (apple, white grape, cranberry), jello, etc (stuff without blue, red, or purple dye). They had natural cranberry juice on the list as long as there are no dyes.

It was super good! I love fresh mozzarella. 🤤 This is was my first attempt at gluten free pizza dough since I started the diagnosis process for celiac disease! It was fairly easy to make too.

WOW how'd you cook? do you have a pizza stone or just on a baking sheet? looks divine!

We just pre-baked it on parchment paper for about 6-ish minutes and then added the toppings and removed the parchment paper. And then it baked for another 12 minutes! We just have a regular baking sheet/tray. 😁

Elihu ~ yes! I made it with 1 to 1 gluten free all purpose flour. I found a great recipe online for the dough! 😋
