I ate more today than over the last couple of days but still am below the recommended calorie limit. This shocks me. I also did not exercise at all today, caught up on my reading. Hope to get even a small walk in tomorrow or maybe I will use the snowblower and that will get my exercise quotient. On Monday I expect to start adding in some sit-ups.
