JennBuck61's Journal, 01 March 2014

Happy Saturday FS friends! Down to a new low this morning! 204 .... I cannot remember the last time I was that weight. Perhaps 1998. So I have now achieved 128 days of low carb sobriety and lost 26 lbs. I am moving closer to onederland and feeling stronger as well as healthier everyday. This gift of good health and wellness is something I am giving to myself this year. I am so grateful for all that I have learned and will continue to learn as I move forward on this journey....... it will serve me for the rest of my life - It's never too late or too early to learn how to truly love and take care of yourself so that you can live your best life.

Thanks to all of you for your support and encouragement. It's so great to have a forum of friends to help keep me honest and focused on this journey. Draglist, you were such a huge help to me by introducing the concept of macros and pointing in the right direction. It's part of my personal formula now. :)

Congratulations! I hope to see the weight I was back in 2003, but I know it will take a while (I've only been on this journey for 29 days).

Thanks all. One final thing l will say is that it is important to experiment in order to figure out what eorks best for you and to identify those foods that may stall you or trigger cravings. It will allow you to mske adjustments in your eating plan to keep you on track. I expect there will be many discoveries in my future as I work towards my goal because I plan to keep experimenting and leatning.
