I’m hooked on My 600 Pound Life and these are just a couple of quotes I hear a lot. I’m not quoting them to belittle anyone, but realizing that I could have this same relationship with food, keeps me motivated to use food for fuel, not for pleasure. I have to use what works for me in order to stay on the right path during this journey.
