Felt absolutely sick tonight. We went away for 4 days and I indulged - quite a lot! When do I mess it up? When we return home. I eat so much shit. I refer to it as a functional binge. I'm calm and in control and I can stop myself at any time, but I don't. I want to feel that dopamine hit. Anyway, I started my fast tonight, pretty much after I got sick 🤮
