gooooooood saturday morning...had thought about going to the gym today, but here i sit...so guess il take it off again and just rest for next 2 days...that way come monday i can hit it hard again till my next break in my routine...weight is the same...was hopin to show a loss, but will probly have to wait till monday or tuesday to show one since i havent exercised since thursday...just been to cold to get out an go in the mornings...today its like 8, but suppose to get up to 25 for a high...watch out heat wave...lol..had to go to the store yesterday...didnt want to..was only like 8 outside...but warmed up the car...and while it was warming up walked over an talked with neighbor for a few...by time i got back car was ready to go...after the store just drove around...roads are still snow packed...gonna take some serious warmer days to melt it off them..dont think we have had this kind of a snow in several years...o well..guess winter got here and brought the white stuff to....guess if i get really bored today i can either go outside an move the car so the sun hits the drive way and work on it some...or...lift a 25 pound weight on a heavy dow rod and get a workout that way...also have 5 pound weights i can put on ankles or wrists to add to the workouts...but would rather be outside getting some kind of a workout...just not an inside person...im in the gym cause i kno its the only way i can keep getting my workouts with all the cold weather we are having right now...i do miss my morning walks...thought about that yesterday when i was riding around an checking out how slick it was...still to bad to think about walking...sooooooo....no morning walks for a while...well...gonna head to the kitchen an get a cup of hot green tea...get this morning started out right...have a greatttttttt one...
