1 can sweet corn, 1 can mild chili beans, 1 can crushed tomatoes, 1 pack frozen cut okra. Do not drain cans just dump in a big stew pot. Heat on stove top u till okra is no longer frozen and everything is hot. Keep on an eye on it and stir occasionally so it dosen't burn. Season to taste. Makes about 8 1 cup servings. Store in fridge in covered container or freeze.
Corn 60cals 1/2 cup, chili beans 110 1/2 cup, tomatoes 20 cals 1/2 cup, okra 35cals 3/4 cup half everything for 1 cup serving. Comes out to about 111cals.
The bowl pictured I added chickenless crumble so the calories where more.

I do not drain the cans saves on time and prep. So I dont add water. If you want to drain the cans I would suggest 3 to 4 cups water with bouillon cubes of your choice of flavor. Or could use broth of your choice 3 to 4 cups. Add cumin and chili powered to taste.
