I've had a good week. I was out of town to help my sister in the days following shoulder surgery. I drove my niece all around to school and her various engagements and cooked a bunch of stuff for my sister to have in the next week or so and helped her with the general flow of the household while she camped out on the couch.... it's a touch recovery, but she's doing so well! I was able to get out for a walk each morning (freezing cold in Maine!) and was good about my portions, etc.
