The salad is the Taylor Farms Asian salad mix from Costco. The chicken is chicken breast cut into pieces, sprinkled with costco no salt seasoning, some of the sesame seeds and Thai dressing from the salad mix and then air fried for 12 minutes. I put a lot of effort into these things.
