being home next week is really good for you as you can plan your foods better, get a good handle on induction plus check out the restaurants around the next hotel you'll be at. i'm in the same boat with hubby - he eats whatever he wants whenever he wants and is in fine shape. he does have a physical job so i know that helps keep him in shape but it gets maddening at times - how can he eat almost 1/2 gallon of ice cream in one sitting and it not effect him?? have a great weekend and i look forward to chatting with you next week :)
