It's that time again. I will not get discouraged I know the weight gain & boosting will go away soon. Hopefully soon enough for my Tuesday weigh in and measuring. If it was just a little weight gain it wouldn't be so bad. But the bloating messes with my measurements, which is what I use to keep on track.

I too have experienced weight gain. I am staying under my calorie limit. I think it is because I am coming off the cabbage diet. I am not going to give up hope. If I stay under my calories, I must lose weight. No matter how long it takes! I will not binge out.
