Ok, so some of you will laugh, but, I tried tofu for the first time last night and was surprised it was actually pretty good! I always thought it would be kind of pointless to eat something that has not flavor, but, I'm trying to be a little more open-minded...found instructions to just pan fry it, and I did with one of my favorite steak rubs and it was crunchy deliciousness! :)

It's a magical food that will take on any flavor you choose to marinate it in. I love my bil's baked Teriyaki Tofu, but now I'm seeing it and other flavors ready made and for sale from the grocery stores. Enjoy your new protein source 😉
