Surprised this morning to see this number. Believe me. I stepped on the scale three times just to make sure it was showing the same number. Out of the 90s!!!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 122.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! Awesome distance and body fat percentage. I feel about the same way about the scale versus muscle. Since I started lifting my small (up to 10 lbs) weights and doing more squats etc everyday, I feel more more buildup of muscles and less worried about numbers on the scale as long as I'm meeting my deficits. No worries though, beating the pavement isn't in my future. Whatever would be chasing me needs to be k
