Well this is an exercise in humility, perseverance and trust! My weight is going up and up. It was a little shocking and fun at first to see the scale go down unbelievably. Now it's gone even higher than the first time I weighed in. Oh well. I know I am NOT on a trajectory to gain 1-2 pounds a week indefinitely by my intake. I've slipped up and given up a bit but my intake, mathematically, does not predict this kind of gain long term. I guess if I gain much more weight it would be sensible for me to question my methods. Honestly a bit discouraged, but what fun would life be if it all went right all the time?
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
