I have walked the last 2 days and really enjoyed it. Feels good to start my day with a brisk walk to get my body started. I have been feeling much more awake at work. Happy Dance! Also looking into a balance ball I need to work on my (Flabs) abs but can not do sit up or crunchs if I am on a hard surface do to a past serverly proken pelvis it is just to painful. Hope I a don't break my neck. I am not the most graceful person hahaha! Here is hoping for a slimming success! Oh and Thank you to Elona for joining me in this get moving avdenture. It was nice to have a walking partner this morning! I don't trip over you nearly as much as Cassie :) Maybe tomorrow we will see how prince does!
