Homegrown Sweet's Journal, 25 February 2014

First day with Fatsecret. It's helped me to be more conscious of all the calories I put in my body and what exercises I'm doing to help my weight loss. Today has been successful, hard to turn down the extra snacks and sugar but with support I've done it! Feeling empowered and ready to see this change.
