I downloaded the app on my phone, so I don't have an excuse not to track. But how do we track a spoonful of mashed potatoes that were left over after dinner, and you just don't have the heart to throw it in the trash! I was raised by Depression Era parents - they never threw food away and never left food on the plate!

I also use the app on my phone, I do like the full website better. I guess you could weigh that spoonful in grams to see what it would cost you in calories ?
