Back on tract today. Home alone so I could do my normal routine. Ate a piece of cheese. Not a full liquid. But still protein and shouldn't be a problem. Especially after the weekend and the dumplings.
The BMI on the Wii was way down on Sunday. I couldn't believe it. Down to 36.18. Well, I shouldn't have even considered it because today it was way UP. 36.40. On Sunday I thought maybe I might end up with a great loss by the end of this week. Now I don't think it will be all that great. Want a 5 but would just like to have a 3! I guess I'll know at the end of the week.
Picked up and did Day 7 of Challenge.
Challenge Day 7=80 squats, 40 sit ups, 20 crunches, 20 leg raises, 30 second plank, still not quite off the ground but getting better at it, 1 minute 15 second skaters, 1 minute 15 second jumping jacks that don't jump much, 1 minute 15 second jump rope, not jumpy, 1 minute 15 second skaters again, 25 lateral lunges per side, 50 scissors, 18 fire hydrants per side, 20 plie squat pulses, 18 wall push ups, 25 triangle wall push ups, 50 bicep curls with 3 lbs. 35 seconds of punches, 18 wood choppers per side with 3 lbs, 40 ankle touches per side, 18 russian twists per side with 3 lbs and 40 ankle touches per side again.
I felt good. Not sore. Just a little swollen from all the salt in the dumplings. Have to try to not do that again.
