I felt pretty accomplished yesterday. The baked chicken I made was dry but at least it was still ediable!! I moved alot around the house, cleaning and stuff. I decided to catalouge that as light exercise. Gonna clean some more today, but really deep cleaning. That way I get some extra calories burned!
I'm trying to stay positive, but it's kinda hard when the scale doesn't move. But I'll keep doing it. Eventually something has gotta move, right?
