Green smoothies and/or salads daily. 6-8 oz of water daily.
Did not work out this week other than 2 long belly dance classes (1 1/2 hours each).
Back to 175 lbs. Did some bad eating for my birthday, but not as bad as it could have been. Still, I have a lot more energy than usual, and I think it is from the green smoothies! =)
175.0 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
